Loved the Sharpes' series as a kid (it was called "Die Scharfschützen" here in Germany) and recently re-discovered the series for myself (Got the complete DVD pack as a belated christmas-present ^_~) I love the calm competence of Dan Hagman's character and John Tams' singing voice. Thank you!

Hoorah you're coming to London in May! Excellent, will make every attempt to come along to that. Glad to hear you were involved in War Horse the Film. As the resident "theatrical" at work (aka writer who still needs the day-job) I've often been asked about the show and I always say "Go! The music's fab (and the puppets are pretty incredible)". I have watched the entire Sharpe series many times over. John Tams' character, Dan Hagman was my favorite character. Dan was sweet, fierce, funny and possessed such a gentle spirit in the midst of such horror. I so loved hearing him sing. Hence I searched for his work and found this site. Would love to see you in concert in Dallas, Texas one day!!! Off I go to purchase some of your work!! Blessings and regards, Jaishree
